Give a teammate their own login to your workspace and decide which client sites they can see. There are two roles: owner (the person who pays) and member (everyone you invite).

Seats per plan
Seats are included in the plan, not billed per seat, and they count you.

There is no seat add-on. If you need more seats, or more than 10 client sites, email hello@therankagent.com and we'll quote it case by case.
If you move to a plan with fewer seats, the teammates who joined last are paused, not deleted. Nothing they did is lost, and they get access back when you upgrade or free a seat.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Team in your dashboard.
- Enter their email address.
- Choose what they can see: All clients, or Only these clients and tick the sites.
- Send the invite. They get an email with a link to join.
The invite link works once, expires after 7 days, and only opens for the email address you invited (they must sign in with that verified address). A pending invite holds a seat until it's accepted, revoked or expires. You can Resend or Revoke a pending invite from the same list.
An account that already has its own client sites or a paid plan can't join someone else's team. Your teammate should accept with a fresh sign-in.
What teammates can do
Teammates work on the client sites you gave them: run audits, apply fixes (including one-click WordPress fixes on a connected site), add sites, share client reports and use the workspace's live-data allowance. A site a teammate adds is shared with them automatically and counts toward your plan's site limit.
What stays with the owner
- Billing, plan changes and cancelling
- Branding and your report domain
- Connecting or disconnecting Google (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile), WordPress and MCP
- Deleting client sites
Teammates can't use the MCP connection (driving RankAgent from Claude or ChatGPT) yet.
Change access or remove someone
In Settings → Team, use Edit access to change which client sites a teammate sees, or Remove to take them off the team. A teammate can also leave on their own from the same screen. Removing a teammate frees their seat straight away.
What isn't there
There are no custom roles beyond owner and member, no per-teammate activity log, and no single sign-on (SSO).
