Content & Calendar

Ranking needs content, and content needs a plan. The Content tab gives you an AI-built strategy and a real calendar to run it on.

Content strategy

RankAgent proposes a content plan from your business, keywords, chosen platforms and how many posts a month you can manage: a SMART goal, your audience, content pillars, and a cadence. The goal is editable, and you can steer or regenerate the plan. Hit "Generate calendar from this" and the topics drop straight into your calendar.

The multi-platform calendar

A full month-grid calendar — Google-Calendar style — with your content items on the days you plan to publish. It has:

  • A platform legend and filter with counts (blog, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and more)
  • An "unscheduled" bin for ideas without a date yet
  • A per-item editor: title, platform, format, date, status (planned / in progress / published), posting account, target keyword, pillar, the "why," the published URL, and notes

It confirms itself

Add the URL you'll publish at, and RankAgent's weekly crawl auto-marks the item published the moment it finds that page live — so your calendar stays honest without manual ticking.

A planner, not a publisher

The calendar is a manual planner. RankAgent does not auto-publish to your blog or social accounts — the platforms are labels, not connected accounts. "Published" is either set by you or inferred when the crawl finds the live URL.
