If your agency only sells SEO, the best AgencyAnalytics alternative is whichever tool reports rankings, audits and fixes without charging you for ad and social connectors you never use. For three to ten clients, that points to a flat-priced SEO tool such as RankAgent or SE Ranking. If your monthly report also covers Google Ads, Meta Ads or social, stay on AgencyAnalytics. Nothing on this list replaces that.

We make one of the tools below, so weigh our section accordingly. We've tried to be as blunt about ourselves as about the others.

Why do SEO-only agencies leave AgencyAnalytics?

Mostly because the price grows with your client list while the part you use stays the same. AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month on annual billing, or $25 on monthly billing, according to its pricing page on 12 October 2026. Each client comes with 85+ integrations, unlimited reports and a white-labeled portal.

That's a good deal if each client's report pulls from five places. It's a weaker one if every report is rankings, a site audit and a list of fixes. You're paying per client for breadth you don't open.

Rank tracking is also sold separately. The add-on is $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually, so it's easy to budget for the dashboard and forget the part SEO clients care about most. For comparison, our agency rank tracker includes weekly positions for up to 50 keywords per client in the plan price.

What does it cost at 3 and 10 clients?

For an SEO-only book, AgencyAnalytics with rank tracking runs $101.67 a month at three clients and $241.67 at ten. That assumes annual billing and about 30 tracked keywords per client, so ten clients fits inside one 500-keyword add-on.

Option3 clients / month10 clients / month
AgencyAnalytics Core + Rank Tracker add-on$101.67$241.67
SE Ranking Core + Agency Pack$172.20$172.20
RankAgent Growth / Agency$49.17$99.17
Looker StudioFreeFree

All figures are annual billing in US dollars, from each vendor's pricing page. SE Ranking's Core plan is $103.20 a month annually and its white-label Agency Pack adds $69. RankAgent's Growth plan is $590 a year for three client sites and Agency is $1,190 a year for ten, shown here as a monthly equivalent. Prices change, so check the vendor's page before buying.

A cheaper line isn't a like-for-like swap, because the tools measure different things. The next sections sort that out.

Is SE Ranking the obvious replacement?

For many agencies, yes. SE Ranking is a full SEO suite with daily rank tracking, audits and white-label reports, and its price doesn't change between 3 and 10 clients until you hit a keyword limit. The catch is that white-label isn't in Core. You buy the Agency Pack on top and commit to annual billing, which is how a $103 plan becomes $172.

It's the better pick over us if you want daily rank updates, deep keyword research or map-pack positions. Those are real strengths, and we don't match them today.

Is Looker Studio good enough?

If you have more time than budget, it can be. Looker Studio is free and connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, so you can build a branded client dashboard for nothing.

What you give up is everything around the chart. There's no rank tracking, no audit, and no list of what to fix next. You also own the template, so every layout change and broken connector becomes your job, unpaid. It's a fine way to show data you already have, and a poor way to produce SEO work.

Where does RankAgent fit, and where doesn't it?

RankAgent suits an agency or freelancer with up to ten clients who sells SEO and wants the work and the report in one place. A site audit finds the problems, the fixes are written for you, and each client gets a branded PDF and a shareable report page. You can see exactly what they'd receive in the sample client report, with no signup.

It won't replace AgencyAnalytics if you report paid media or social, because we don't connect to ad platforms. We update rankings weekly rather than daily, and we don't report where a client sits inside the map pack. And past ten client sites, you'd outgrow our top plan.

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of Growth with one client site and no card, which is enough to run a real client through it. If you're still weighing white-label reporting more broadly, our rank tracker price comparison goes through seven tools, and what a white-label report should include covers what clients actually read.

When should you stay on AgencyAnalytics?

Stay if your monthly report mixes SEO with Google Ads, Meta Ads or social, because one portal for all of it is the product. Stay if your client book is under five and the per-client price is small next to your retainers. And stay if clients already log in and like it. Switching tools costs you a month of rebuilt reports, and a slightly cheaper bill rarely pays that back.

Move when your clients are SEO-only, the bill climbs with each signing, and you're mostly pasting the same three screenshots into every report. If you handle several sites at once, how freelancers manage SEO for multiple clients shows a workflow that doesn't depend on any one tool.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AgencyAnalytics alternative for an SEO agency?

For a small SEO-only agency, SE Ranking or RankAgent. SE Ranking gives you daily rankings and a full suite at $172.20 a month with white-label. RankAgent bundles audits, fixes and client reports for $49.17 to $99.17 a month, with weekly rank updates.

How much does AgencyAnalytics cost per client?

$20 per client per month on annual billing and $25 on monthly billing, per its pricing page on 12 October 2026. Rank tracking is a separate add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords on annual billing.

Is there a free AgencyAnalytics alternative?

Looker Studio is free and works for branded dashboards from Search Console and Analytics data. It doesn't track rankings or run audits, so you'd pair it with another tool.

Can RankAgent replace AgencyAnalytics for Google Ads reporting?

No. RankAgent covers SEO only: audits, fixes, rankings, AI search visibility and client reports. If your reports include paid media, keep AgencyAnalytics or use a reporting tool built for ads.

Is AgencyAnalytics worth it for an agency with three clients?

Often yes, especially if those clients want ads and social in the same report. At three clients with rank tracking it's about $101.67 a month, and the per-client pricing means you only pay for the book you have.

Does RankAgent offer a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Growth with one client site, no card needed.
