The best white-label rank tracker for most small agencies is the cheapest one whose white-label is included on the plan you'd actually buy. On that test, ProRankTracker is the cheapest daily tracker, at about ₹8,600 a month for a ten-client book. SE Ranking, Nightwatch and AccuRanker do more, but cost two to two-and-a-half times as much once branding is switched on. If your clients are local businesses, BrightLocal is the one built around map results.
We make one of the tools on this list, so read our section with that in mind. We've tried to be as blunt about ourselves as about everyone else.

How did we price these?
We opened each vendor's own pricing page on 7 October 2026 and priced the plan where white-label reporting is actually included, not the cheapest plan on the page. Those are often different plans, and that gap is where most "starting at" prices fall apart.
To make the numbers comparable, every price below assumes annual billing (most of these tools charge more month to month) and a book of either 3 or 10 clients tracking about 30 keywords each. Dollar and euro prices are converted at that day's mid-market rate: ₹96.78 to the dollar and ₹108.36 to the euro. Your card will charge a little more than that, and prices change, so check the vendor's page before you buy.
| Tool and plan | Updates | 3 clients / month | 10 clients / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProRankTracker Starter | Daily | ₹8,614 | ₹8,614 |
| RankAgent Growth / Agency | Weekly | ₹4,166 | ₹8,333 |
| AgencyAnalytics + Rank Tracker add-on | Not listed on pricing page | ₹9,840 | ₹23,390 |
| SE Ranking Core + Agency Pack | Daily | ₹16,666 | ₹16,666 |
| Nightwatch Professional | Daily | ₹17,228 | ₹17,228 |
| AccuRanker Professional | Daily | ₹21,680 | ₹21,680 |
| BrightLocal Track | Local rankings | ₹3,000 per location | ₹3,000 per location |
Most trackers charge by keyword volume, so their price doesn't move between 3 and 10 clients until you outgrow the keyword allowance. AgencyAnalytics charges per client instead. Cheap for a small book, expensive for a big one.
ProRankTracker: the cheapest pure tracker
ProRankTracker's Starter plan is $89 a month on annual billing ($99 monthly) for 1,000 tracked terms, checked daily across Google's top 100. White-label sits in the reporting features every plan gets, so you don't pay extra to put your logo on it. The branded client app, MyRanks, starts on the Pro plan at $134 a month.
If rankings are the only thing you report, this is hard to beat. It's a dedicated tracker and doesn't pretend to be anything else, which is also its limit: no audits, no fixes, no content work. You'll pair it with something else for the actual SEO.
SE Ranking: a full suite, with branding as an extra
SE Ranking's Core plan is $103.20 a month billed annually, with 2,000 keywords tracked daily. It's a full SEO suite rather than a dedicated tracker.
White-label isn't in Core, though. You need the Agency Pack add-on at $69 a month, and it's annual billing only, on Core, Growth or Enterprise. So the real price of white-label rank tracking on SE Ranking is $172.20 a month, paid a year at a time. Worth it if you'll use the rest of the suite. Steep if you only wanted the branded rankings.
AgencyAnalytics: cheap for three clients, pricey for ten
AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month, billed annually, and every client gets a white-labeled portal. Paying per client makes it easy to start small. Rank tracking, though, is a separate add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, also billed annually.
Three clients with rank tracking comes to about ₹9,840 a month. Ten clients is ₹23,390, the most expensive on this list. What you're paying for is breadth. AgencyAnalytics lists 85+ integrations, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media, all feeding the same client report. If your monthly report covers paid media too, it does a job none of the pure trackers can.
Nightwatch: white-label starts one plan up
Nightwatch's Starter plan (€79 a month billed yearly) doesn't include white-label reports. They start on Professional at €159 a month billed yearly, which comes with 2,500 keywords tracked daily, plus on-demand checks.
You'll see this pattern a lot in this category: the plan in the ad and the plan you need for branded reports aren't the same plan. Nightwatch also tracks Google Maps pack positions, which matters if some of your clients are local. Just budget for Professional from day one.
AccuRanker: priced for bigger books
AccuRanker's Professional plan is $224 a month on annual billing ($249 monthly) for 2,000 keywords, updated daily. Its pricing page doesn't mention white-label, but its help docs show you can add your own logo to reports and build report templates with a company-logo header.
Its plans are sized and priced by keyword volume, starting at 2,000. A ten-client book on 30 keywords each uses 300 of them, so you'd be paying for capacity you won't touch for a long while.
BrightLocal: if your clients live on Google Maps
BrightLocal is priced per location, not per keyword. The Track plan is $31 a month per location on annual billing ($41 monthly). It includes a local rank tracker for up to 100 keywords and a geo-grid that shows how a business ranks across a map area, for up to five keywords. BrightLocal's help centre says white-label reports are available on Track, Manage and Grow.
SE Ranking, Nightwatch and AccuRanker can all track map pack positions too, so BrightLocal isn't the only option. It's the one built around local businesses first, with pricing per location instead of per keyword. If most of your clients are dentists, plumbers and restaurants, start here.
RankAgent: where we fit, and where we don't
That's us. Growth is ₹4,999 a month for 3 client sites and Agency is ₹9,999 a month for 10. Pay yearly and you get two months free, which works out to ₹4,166 and ₹8,333 a month. White-label is included on both, and you can track up to 50 keywords per client site.
We're not the right pick for everyone. Rankings update weekly, not daily. We track Google's regular results, not map positions. And if all you want is a branded rankings table, ProRankTracker is about the same price for ten clients and checks every day.
Where we're different is that the rankings sit inside the rest of the work. The same client project carries a full-site audit, AI-written fixes, competitor comparisons and a check on whether AI assistants recommend the client. All of it lands in one report under your logo. You can schedule that report to email clients monthly or quarterly under your agency's name, and see when each client actually opened it. Our white-label rank tracker page covers the tracking in detail, and the white-label SEO reporting page covers the report.
Which one should you pick?
If you only report rankings and want the lowest bill, pick ProRankTracker. If you want a full SEO suite and don't mind paying yearly, SE Ranking with the Agency Pack is excellent value. If your reports are half ads and social, AgencyAnalytics is built for that, especially while your book is small. If your clients are mostly local businesses, start with BrightLocal.
If you want rankings, fixes and client reporting in one place, at a price that doesn't climb with every keyword, that's what we built RankAgent for. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of Growth with one client site, no card needed. You can also open the live sample report first, with no signup, and see exactly what your client would receive.
Before you compare anything, decide what your client actually opens each month. If it's a PDF, logo branding is enough. If it's a link, check whether the tool gives clients their own page without a login. If the answer is "nothing, they never read it," the tracker isn't your problem. We wrote about that in how to manage SEO for multiple clients, and about what a white-label SEO report should include.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best white label rank tracker for a small agency?
For pure rank tracking on a budget, ProRankTracker: white-label is included from its $89-a-month Starter plan with daily updates. If you want rankings bundled with audits, fixes and client reports, RankAgent's Growth plan covers three client sites for ₹4,999 a month.
Which rank trackers include white-label on the cheapest plan?
Of the tools we checked, ProRankTracker, AgencyAnalytics, AccuRanker and BrightLocal include branding on their cheapest plan, and so do both of RankAgent's agency plans. SE Ranking charges extra for it through the Agency Pack, and Nightwatch only includes it from the Professional plan up.
Do I need daily rank tracking for client reports?
Usually not. Most agencies report monthly, and a weekly reading with history shows the trend just as well. Daily checks matter during a site migration or when you're actively testing changes and need to see movement fast.
Can a white label rank tracker show Google Maps rankings?
Several can. SE Ranking, Nightwatch and AccuRanker all track map pack positions, and BrightLocal's geo-grid shows how a business ranks across a whole map area. RankAgent doesn't: we flag when a map pack appears for a keyword, but we don't report the client's position inside it.
Is a white label rank tracker worth it for one or two clients?
If you bill those clients for SEO, yes. A branded monthly report is often what makes the retainer feel worth paying. At that size, look for per-client pricing or a small plan rather than a keyword bundle sized for big agencies.
