For SEO agencies & freelancers

White-label SEO reporting for agencies.

Client SEO reports under your own brand, built from the work you already did in the tool: a live link that stays current, a branded PDF, a scheduled email to the client, and a record of when they actually opened it. No copying numbers into slides at month-end.

What white-label SEO reporting actually means

White-label SEO reporting is sending clients their SEO results under your agency's brand rather than the software's. The client sees your logo, your colours and your contact details. They never learn which tool produced the numbers.

Putting a logo on a PDF is the easy part, and every reporting tool does it. What matters to an agency is everything around the logo: whether the report is built from work you've already done or from data you paste in, whether it reaches the client without you chasing it, whether you know they read it, and whether the price holds across a book of ten clients.

The deliverable

Eight sections — you pick which each client gets

A local bakery and a SaaS company shouldn't receive the same report. Choose the sections per client.

Strategy Blueprint

Where the site stands, the size of the opportunity, and the roadmap.

Performance & Results

Search Console clicks and impressions, score movement, work completed.

Technical SEO Audit

Health score, every issue ranked by cost, page speed and Core Web Vitals.

Keyword Strategy

Target keywords, current Google positions, volume and the page map.

Content Plan

What shipped, what's in flight, and what comes next.

Authority & Backlinks

Referring domains, link growth, and where the next links come from.

AI Search Visibility

Whether AI assistants know, cite and recommend the client.

Local SEO

Local strategy, citation targets and the local keyword set.

Five sections offer a CSV export of the underlying data, for clients who want the raw rows.

How it works

From the work you did to a report the client opens

Three steps, and none of them is a month-end copy-paste.

STEP 1

Brand it once

Set your logo, agency name and accent colour, and optionally a tagline, contact details and the strategist who signs the welcome letter. Every client report follows those settings.

STEP 2

The report builds itself

Audits, fixes, keyword positions, content and Search Console data from the client project flow straight into the report. It's a live page, so the link you sent last month already shows this month's numbers.

STEP 3

It goes out, and you see it land

Send the private link or the branded PDF, or schedule a monthly or quarterly email under your agency's name. Then see when the client opened it and which sections they read.

The part most tools skip

Know the client actually read it

  • Opens and last-viewed date for every client report, with a chart of opens over time.
  • Which sections were read, so you know whether the client got past the summary before the renewal call.
  • Who opened it, when you send each stakeholder their own tagged link.
  • No tracking of the client — we store a day and a referrer per view. No IP, no cookie, no fingerprint.

Month-end for the whole book, on one screen

One screen lists every client with this month's headline — score movement, issues fixed, content published, keywords in the top 10. Prepare every report in one click and copy all the links at once. On the 1st you also get a digest with every client's link, ready to forward.

The sample is the real report layout with sample data. No signup, no email.

Before you switch

What this is not

Three limits worth knowing now rather than in month two.

Not a dashboard builder

The report covers SEO and AI-search work: audits, rankings, Search Console, content, links and AI visibility. There are no Google Ads, social media or Google Analytics widgets. If most of what you report is paid media, a connector-based tool like AgencyAnalytics fits better.

The report link is on our domain

The page carries only your branding and is hidden from search engines, but the address is therankagent.com, and scheduled emails come from our sending address under your agency's name. No custom report domain yet.

Live, not archived

The link always shows current numbers; there's no library of past monthly editions. If a client needs a record of a specific month, download that month's PDF and keep it.

Send your first branded client report this week

Growth covers 3 client sites at ₹4,999/month, Agency covers 10 at ₹9,999/month — not per report, not per seat. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth — no card needed.

White-label SEO reporting FAQ

What is white-label SEO reporting?+
White-label SEO reporting means sending clients SEO reports under your own agency's brand instead of the software's. The client sees your logo, your colours and your contact details, and never learns which tool produced the numbers. In RankAgent that applies to the live client report, the branded PDF you download from your dashboard, and the scheduled report email.
What does the client report include?+
Up to eight sections, and you choose which ones each client gets: Strategy Blueprint (executive summary and roadmap), Performance & Results (Search Console clicks, impressions and score movement), Technical SEO Audit, Keyword Strategy (target keywords, current Google positions and the page map), Content Plan, Authority & Backlinks, AI Search Visibility, and Local SEO. Five of the eight offer a CSV export of the underlying data.
Can I see whether the client actually opened the report?+
Yes. Every open of the report link is counted, with the date and where the visit came from, and you can see which sections were read. If you send tagged links, one per person, you also see which person opened it. We store a day and a referrer per view and nothing else — no IP address, no cookie, no fingerprint.
Can the report be emailed to the client automatically?+
Yes. Per client, choose monthly or quarterly and list the addresses that should receive it. On the 1st, each client gets an email carrying your agency's name and logo with a link to their own report, and replies go to your contact email. Each client only ever receives their own site. You also get one digest listing every client's report link.
Does the report use my own domain?+
No. The report lives at a private link on therankagent.com, set to noindex so it never appears in search results. The page itself carries only your branding, but the address bar shows our domain, and the scheduled email is sent from our verified sending address with your agency's name as the sender. If a custom report domain is a requirement for you, we're the wrong tool today.
How much does white-label SEO reporting cost?+
Branded client reports are included on Growth at ₹4,999/month for 3 client sites and on Agency at ₹9,999/month for 10 client sites, or yearly with two months free. Reporting isn't priced per report, per seat or per data source. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth, no card needed, so you can send a real client a real report before paying.
What does a report look like on the Starter plan?+
Starter is for running your own first client site, and its report carries RankAgent's identity rather than yours. White-label branding — your logo, name, colours and contact details — is a Growth and Agency feature. We'd rather say that here than have you find out the first time you send one.
What are the honest limits?+
Three. The report is always live, not a frozen monthly snapshot, so a client opening the link in March sees March's numbers, not January's. It isn't a dashboard builder: there are no Google Ads, social media or Google Analytics widgets, so if your reports are mostly paid-media data, a connector-based tool like AgencyAnalytics is a better fit. And the report URL is on our domain, as above.
