For SEO agencies & freelancers

White-label rank tracker for agencies.

Track where every client ranks on Google, then hand the results over under your own logo. Weekly positions with real history, alerts when a keyword drops, and a rankings report your client reads without ever seeing our name — priced for a whole client book, not per keyword.

What a white-label rank tracker actually does

A white-label rank tracker checks where your clients' pages sit in Google for the keywords they care about, and lets you deliver those positions under your own brand rather than the tool's. The client sees your agency on the report. They never learn which software produced it.

The tracking part is commodity — every tool queries the same search engine. What separates them for an agency is what happens after the number arrives: whether the history is kept, whether a drop reaches you before it reaches your client, whether the output is client-ready without a re-format, and whether the pricing survives a book of ten clients. Those four are what this page is about.

How it works

From keyword to client-ready report

Three steps, and the third is the one most trackers leave to you.

STEP 1

Add the client and their keywords

Type the keywords you're accountable for, import them from a Semrush, Ahrefs or GSC export, or start from the AI-suggested set drawn out of the client's own site. Set the rank location per client so an Australian site is checked against Google Australia, not Google US.

STEP 2

Positions refresh weekly, with history

Every tracked keyword is re-checked against Google once a week and each reading is stored. That history is what turns a number into a report line: not “#14” but “#14, up from #23 since we started.” Keywords that fall are surfaced as a drop, with the size of the fall.

STEP 3

Send it out under your brand

The rankings table flows straight into two client-facing outputs — a private read-only web report at its own link, and a downloadable PDF — both carrying your logo and colours. No export, no re-format, no tool name for the client to look up.

The deliverable

What the client actually receives

Rankings are one section of a report that answers the question they're really asking.

  • The rankings table — every tracked keyword, its current Google position, and the movement since the last check, best position first.
  • Search Console performance, when the client connects it — real clicks and impressions beside the position, so a #4 that nobody clicks is visible as such.
  • The technical audit — a full-site crawl with a score, the issues ranked by severity, and a plain-language fix for each.
  • Competitor comparison — the same audit run on a competitor, side by side, category by category.
  • AI visibility — whether ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend the client when someone asks for options in their category. Almost no client has been pitched this yet, and it is billable on its own.

Don't take our word for the branding

There's a live sample of the exact white-label report a client receives — the real layout, the real sections, no signup and no email required. Open it, decide whether you'd put your logo on it, and then read the pricing.

Branded (logo-free-of-ours) reports are on the Founding, Growth and Agency plans. Free and Starter reports carry a small RankAgent line — we'd rather say that here than have you find it the first time you send one to a client.

Before you switch

What this is not

Three limits worth knowing now rather than in month two.

Checks are weekly, not daily or on-demand

If your workflow genuinely needs to watch a position move day to day — during a migration, say — a dedicated daily tracker is the better tool and we'd rather you used one. For monthly and fortnightly client reporting, weekly readings with history are what the report needs.

Google organic, top 100

A keyword outside Google's top 100 reports as not found rather than as a number, and a check that fails reports the failure — it does not quietly render as “you're nowhere,” which is the kind of error that gets forwarded to a client before anyone notices.

We are not a research suite

Ahrefs and Semrush hold far deeper keyword and backlink indexes, and we don't pretend otherwise. Plenty of agencies keep one of those for research and add RankAgent for tracking, fixing and client delivery — that combination is cheaper than the agency tier of either.

Track your first client's rankings this week

Growth covers 3 client sites at ₹4,999/month, Agency covers 10 at ₹9,999/month — for the whole book, not per keyword. Every plan carries the 30-day “pays for itself or full refund” guarantee.

White-label rank tracking FAQ

What is a white-label rank tracker?+
A white-label rank tracker checks where your clients' pages rank on Google for their target keywords, then lets you present those rankings under your own brand instead of the tool's. Your client sees your logo on the report and never learns which software produced it. RankAgent tracks positions weekly, keeps the history behind each keyword, and pushes the results into both a shareable client report and a branded PDF.
How often do rankings update?+
Weekly. Every tracked keyword is re-checked against Google once a week (Saturday), and each check is stored so the report can show the trend and the change since last time rather than just today's number. We deliberately don't advertise daily checks — for the reporting cadence agencies actually bill on, weekly positions with real history are more useful than a daily number that moves on noise.
Can I put my own logo on the rankings report?+
Yes, on the Founding, Growth and Agency plans. The rankings table appears in two client-facing outputs: a read-only web report at its own private link (set to noindex, so it stays between you and the client) and a downloadable PDF. Both carry your agency's branding. Your client never sees the RankAgent name on either.
Do I get alerted when a client's ranking drops?+
Yes. Because every check is stored, a drop is a comparison rather than a guess — the dashboard surfaces which keywords fell and by how many positions since the previous check, so you can raise it with the client before they raise it with you.
How much does white-label rank tracking cost?+
Rank tracking with branded reports starts at ₹4,999/month on Growth (3 client sites) and ₹9,999/month on Agency (10 client sites) — priced for the whole client book, not per site or per seat. Most agency rank-tracking tools charge per tracked keyword or per client; the arithmetic is the point of the comparison.
Which country and language do you check rankings in?+
You set a rank location per client project, so an Australian client's positions are checked against Google in Australia and an Indian client's against Google in India. If a location can't be resolved, the keyword reports the error rather than silently showing 'not ranking' — a distinction that matters when you're about to send a client a report.
Is rank tracking all RankAgent does?+
No, and if rankings are all you need there are cheaper single-purpose trackers. Rank tracking sits inside the audit → fix → report loop: the same client project also carries a full-site technical audit, AI-generated fixes, competitor comparison, backlink analysis and an AI-visibility (ChatGPT/Perplexity) audit you can resell. The rankings table is one section of the report your client receives, not the whole product.
What are the honest limits?+
Three worth knowing before you commit. Checks are weekly, not daily or on-demand. Positions are Google organic within the top 100 — a keyword outside the top 100 reports as not found rather than as a number. And keyword search-volume data comes from a third-party provider, so it's an estimate, exactly as it is in every other tool that quotes volume.
