For SEO freelancers & agencies

White-label SEO software for agencies.

Software you run yourself, not an agency you outsource to. Audit, fix and report on every client site from one dashboard — with your brand on every report. RankAgent covers the part research suites don't: turning audits into client-ready, white-label deliverables you can bill for — starting with an “Are you in ChatGPT?” audit your clients have never been pitched.

For SEO freelancers & agencies

The first SEO tool your clients pay for.

Run an “Are you in ChatGPT?” audit on a client you already have, send it under your brand, and invoice it. Then run your whole book from one dashboard — audit, fix, and report on every client site, from an agent that gets to know each site the longer you run it.

A service you can bill this week

“Are your clients showing up in ChatGPT?” One-click AI-visibility (GEO) audits with live web search and cited sources — a service nobody has pitched your clients yet. Put it on your menu, under your brand, at your price.

Win new clients

Enter a prospect's site and walk into the pitch with a branded one-pager — their score, what's costing them customers, and your first-30-days plan.

White-label everything

Your logo, your colours, your name on every PDF, email, and shareable client report. Your clients never see RankAgent.

All your clients, one place

Multi-site portfolio and client workspaces. Every site's worst issues surfaced first — so the small clients never get neglected.

This month's reports, one click

Prepare a branded “what we did and what improved” report for every client at once — then copy and send. The weekend report chore, gone.

Proof of work, on tap

A per-client timeline of every fix, ranking gain, and post shipped — so “what have you done for me lately?” always has a great answer.

₹4,166/month in. One client audit out.

That's ₹49,990/year across your entire book — less than a single Ahrefs or SEMrush seat. Bill one GEO audit a month to clients you already have and the year is covered with room to spare; everything after is margin. Keep your research tools — RankAgent does the audit → fix → white-label-report loop your clients actually pay for.

Client rankings

Reporting on rankings is part of the same workflow

Auditing a client site tells them what's broken. Rankings tell them whether the work moved anything — and that's the number a retainer gets judged on.

RankAgent tracks every client keyword's Google position weekly, keeps the history behind each one so a report line can read “#14, up from #23” rather than just “#14”, alerts you when a keyword falls, and drops the whole table into the same branded report as the audit. Positions are checked in the location you set per client, and the plan covers your whole book rather than being priced per keyword.

White-label rank tracking

Weekly Google positions with real history, drop alerts, per-client locations, and client keyword reports that carry your logo instead of ours.

White-label SEO reports your clients will actually read

Every deliverable carries your brand, not ours: branded PDF audits, a scheduled monthly or quarterly report email under your agency's name, and a shareable read-only client report at its own private link. The audit, the fixes and the report are one workflow — preview exactly what your clients receive before you sign up.

Agency & freelancer FAQ

Can I put my own brand on the SEO reports?+
Yes — your logo, colours and agency name appear on every PDF, client report email and shareable client report, and replies come to you. Report links are on therankagent.com unless you add your own report domain (like reports.youragency.com) on Growth or Agency. Report emails are always sent from a therankagent.com address under your agency name — there is no custom sending domain.
What's the best SEO tool for a small agency or freelancer?+
It depends on the job. Research suites like Ahrefs and Semrush are built for keyword and backlink data. RankAgent is built for the part they don't do well for agencies: running the audit → fix → white-label-report loop across a whole client book, affordably. Many agencies keep a research tool and add RankAgent for client delivery.
Can I resell SEO audits to my clients?+
That's exactly the point. Run an audit on any client site, fix issues with AI assistance, and hand over a branded report — or sell a new 'are you showing up in ChatGPT?' AI-visibility (GEO) audit as a standalone service.
How quickly does RankAgent pay for itself?+
Do the arithmetic on the AI-visibility audit alone: it runs in minutes with live web search and cited sources, comes out as a white-label report under your brand, and is a service almost no client has been pitched yet. Bill two of them to existing clients at your own price and you've covered months of the plan — everything after that is margin.
Do I have to replace Ahrefs or Semrush?+
No. RankAgent isn't a research-suite replacement — it's the client-facing delivery layer. Keep your research tools; add RankAgent for the audits, fixes and white-label reporting they aren't designed for.
How many client sites can I manage?+
Growth covers up to 3 client sites at $59/month and Agency up to 10 at $119/month (₹4,999 and ₹9,999 in India) — for the whole book, not per site. Pay yearly and two months are free. Either is earned back by billing a couple of client audits or holding a single retained client.
Can my team use RankAgent?+
Yes, on Growth and Agency. Seats are included in the plan rather than billed per seat, and they count you: Starter has 1 seat (just you), Growth has 2 seats (you + 1 teammate) and Agency has 5 seats (you + 4 teammates). The 14-day free trial includes Growth's 2. You invite a teammate by email from Settings → Team and choose which client sites they can see — all of them, or only the ones you pick. They sign in with their own login and see only those sites, plus any site they add themselves (it counts toward your site limit). Billing, plan changes, branding, your report domain, the Google, WordPress and MCP connections, and deleting sites stay with you, and teammates can't use the MCP connection yet. Invite links work once, expire after 7 days and only open for the email address you invited. Need more seats or more than 10 client sites? Email hello@therankagent.com and we'll quote it case by case.
What does white-label mean for the client report?+
You get a shareable, read-only client report at its own link, carrying your branding and set to noindex so it stays private to that client. You can preview a live sample before you sign up.
Can RankAgent help me build backlinks for clients?+
Yes — the Backlinks tab builds a white-hat, AI-generated link-building strategy per client: prioritised tactics, the linkable assets worth creating, the types of sites to pitch (never fabricated 'high-DA' lists), and a 90-day plan. It deliberately won't sell you a link scheme — bought links, 'link exchange' features and PBNs can get a client's site penalised by Google, and the penalty lands on them, not the seller.
