Where does the llms.txt file go on my site?

Put it in the root of your domain, the same folder as your robots.txt, so it loads at yoursite.com/llms.txt. On most hosts that's the public or root directory; on a CMS, use a static-file or redirect rule. Visit the URL in a browser to confirm it shows plain text rather than a 404 or a download.
